The view of the fjord was fine, but the tiny bathroom was disappointing.

Absolutely dreadful experience. The room was like a cell, with narrow beds and a horrible-smelling bathroom. On top of that, no one provided a complimentary gesture for my troubles, as a regular guest deserves. I almost considered leaving a good review, but just couldn't get past the outdated shower and the unhelpful hostess at dinner.

I loved the spacious room with a gorgeous fjord view. There's a lovely garden to relax in and a beautiful spot by the water to unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay 🌅

Limited dining choices and inexperienced kitchen staff leave much to be desired. Outdated bathroom facilities and poor heating control impact comfort significantly!!! Improvements are definitely needed to enhance guest experience.

Staying here with my friends was fantastic. The views were very nice, and we loved the nearby nature walks and the sauna. WiFi was reliable too. The restaurant served delicious food, and the friendly staff made everything even better. Perfect place for a getaway with pals.

The amenities in the room were limited, and the hotel showed signs of age that could use some attention.

staying here was a treat with the beautiful view from my room and the friendly staff who made me feel right at home while exploring nearby attractions like the fine Baroniet Rosendal Museum and the peaceful Hattebergfossen, ideal for leisurely strolls.

The fjordhotel has a beautiful location right on the water's edge. The fjord balcony room was fine, and the on-site restaurant provided a lovely dining experience. The lady at reception was cute and helpful.

The location is lovely right by the water and the fjord view room was amazing. The service in the restaurant was really good as they surprised us with a complimentary glass of bubbly due to our honeymoon. I enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my room , made for a perfect morning backdrop during breakfast.

Beautiful Location with Room for Improvement

The fine fjord view from my room was lovely. I enjoyed relaxing on the dock with a drink, soaking in the scenery. The evening menu felt limited and prices were steep.

Nestled by the picturesque waterside, this hotel boasts a captivating view of the surrounding hills, perfect for relaxation. the room and bathroom were impeccable, and the friendly staff exceeded our service expectations. the breakfast layout was varied and of excellent quality, and we enjoyed drinks at the bar by the waters edge.

Great view from the room and the hotel's location was very serene. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. the meals served were exceptional, both breakfast and dinner. I also enjoyed that there was access to boats and a sauna, even though we didn't use them due to the weather.

The room's decor was outdated and somewhat uncomfortable. It seemed like it was still stuck in the 70s and not properly maintained.

By the waters edge with amazing scenery. Spacious and comfy rooms with a stylish decor. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel has good facilities and easy access to transportation.
